Elia and the team at Pibble will be the virtual marketing and renewals departments for Market Gauge.

We will reorganize, standardize, and modernize your marketing to make it more robust, reliable, and flexible.

This will happen using custom-built tools and software built with a multidisciplinary approach to marketing that will allow us to test on the fly, making advertising spends much more efficient compared to traditional methods.

The renewals will provide an automated flow of income to extrapolate more value from your leads without extra effort beyond the initial setup and tweaking.

By putting all of this in place, all gurus at Market Gauge will pivot to being content creators first, focusing on the new Big View newsletter, video, and audio.

This is important in today’s marketing because of the wide adoption of user-generated content (UGC) like TikTok videos, Instagram stories, and YouTube shorts.

By adopting a structured, modern content plan that generates genuine user experiences void of a sole focus on promos, Market Gauge can build and leverage audiences outside of the traditional channels financial publishers thrive in.

  • Sometimes it’s easier to visualize, and for larger projects we put together visual workflows to keep everyone on the same page as to what’s needed and why.

Marketing Strategy & Assessment

Elia as Fractional CMO (5 hours/week)

  • He will oversee marketing strategy to keep everyone rowing in the same direction
  • Effectively stack work to minimize doubling back, redos, or any other process-oriented hiccups
  • Meet with Geoff, Keith, Donn, Mish, and anyone else on an as-needed basis
  • Review data collected by our proprietary system to make marketing spends more efficient and increase sales

All of us will work together to use what we deconstructed with Geoff to create the two versions of the Big View newsletter

  • And if we do this quickly enough, will get drafts of the newsletters together for review.

  • I expect that we will continue to create renewals for a while since its hidden money in your email lists
  • Marketing strategy and assessments continue at the normal pace
  • Everything we do for you is covered in the price, there are no extra costs except for
    • Copywriting
    • Software as a service or similar hosting/data needs
